What is Tatper?
Tatper is an AI-Native restaurant platform by Da Vinci Ventures. It gives your restaurant its own branded ordering and booking website, an AI concierge on the website and WhatsApp, a customer database you own, and a discovery engine that makes you findable on Google and inside AI assistants. There is no commission on your orders.
How is Tatper different from the delivery apps?
The delivery apps take 20 to 30 percent of every order and keep the customer data. Tatper is the opposite: orders come through your own site commission free, and every customer is captured into a database you own and can export. You pay a flat subscription, not a share of your sales.
Does Tatper replace my point-of-sale system?
No. Tatper runs standalone, alongside whatever POS you already use. It handles direct orders, table bookings, discovery and customers, which your POS does not do for you. Nothing is ripped out and nothing is replaced.
What does Tatper cost?
A one-time setup fee to go live, a flat monthly subscription for the platform, and optional done-for-you services such as managed marketing. We are not publishing hard prices yet: request early access and we will send you a quote. The commission you save by moving orders to your own channel typically covers the subscription several times over.
When does Tatper launch?
Tatper is being proven first on our own restaurant. We are onboarding a small number of restaurants from the waitlist as early access opens. Request early access to be among the first.
Which cities are first?
We are beginning in Singapore. Other cities will follow, and joining the waitlist from anywhere helps us decide where to go next.
Is my customer data mine?
Yes, entirely. Every order and booking writes the customer into a CRM your restaurant owns, with contact details, order history and total spend. You can export it as CSV at any time. We never sell it or share it.
How long does it take to go live?
Days, not months. Your site and menu are generated in minutes from your name or an uploaded menu, and we handle the setup: payments, WhatsApp, bookings and delivery zones. Most of the wait is on account verification, not on us.
Do I need any technical skill to use it?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can run Tatper. Orders and bookings arrive on a simple dashboard with sound alerts, the menu editor is plain, and we set everything up for you in the first place.
